John Nelson has always loved the Pacific Northwest and for over 25 years he has shared his passion with others to create a unique and one of a kind dining experience. His menus include fresh seafood, natural beef, organic produce and eco friendly libations, brews and wines…all from local producers. Chef Nelson loves to share his stories and love of northwestern cuisine and appears frequently on local television and radio. The grandson of Swedish immigrants, John was raised in the commercial fishing industry on the north Oregon coast while living on a dairy farm.
