Grilled Lamb Chops with Tomato-Chimichurri Sauce and Crab & Corn Soup

1 cup fresh cilantro, loosely packed
1/2 cup fresh basil, loosely packed
1/2 cup ripe tomato, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 teaspoons tomato paste
