Chef Andy Gayler is a "Brit" from Ramsgate, one of England's most picturesque seaside towns…but no serious claim to culinary fame until Mr. Gayler came along! His favorite foods however do include Traditional English puddings…and barbeque…and his passion for creating and enjoying good food may actually stem from the fact that he has visited over 30 countries around the world!

He believes you should serve what you would like served to you and include only the freshest ingredients available…cook with passion, of course, and never over-complicate a dish, allowing the natural flavors to shine through!

Chef Gayler is one of the most famous and sought after chefs we've ever had on the show…. He has cooked for Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana, and the Sultan of Brunei. Bill Gates is also on his famous list along with Beyonce, Mick Jagger and Jennifer Lopez,! Andy is currently a Regional Corporate Chef for Ocean Properties Limited, a privately held company that owns and operates some of the most exclusive properties in the US and the U.S. Virgin Islands! He's a great chef and most importantly a great guy – just FUN to cook with!
