I know everyone's got their favorite seasoning.... I have several myself.

But probably my FAVORITE favorite seasoning is Bad Byron's.

It's best used as a dry rub. It's unbeatable for ribs, pork roasts, pork chops, chicken and almost anything you cook on the grill... especially if you cook your meat dry. It's also great for seafood, and for seasoning vegetables.

If you get the chance, buy some of this stuff... you'll be glad you did.

In Panama City, pick some up at Cahall's Deli & Butcher on 23rd Street (also highly recommended -- try their chicken salad!) While you're there, pick up something to grill (ribs, steaks, roasts).
